Temple Avoda, a congregation of more than 160 members units, represents a cross-section of Jewish life including young families,  single parents, singles, newly married, couples with grown children and active retirees.
The Temple provides opportunities for Jewish to worship at its weekly Shabbat service on Friday evenings and throughout the year at High Holy Day and Festival worship.
The Rabbi also calls children with birthdays to the bima and offers a birthday blessing. Students often lead the worship and provide unique Oneg Shabbat entertainment.
